🔍 Diagnosing the Cause of Low Water Pressure
First, we inspect the RO pressure tank, which is a CCK TK-3600 model, with a 3.6-gallon capacity.
✅ Checking the RO Tank Pressure
Our reading shows that the tank pressure is 30 psi, which is too high. The manufacturer’s recommended pressure should be 6 psi.
Excessive pressure reduces water storage capacity, leading to low water output.
✅ Draining the RO Tank & Adjusting the Pressure
1️⃣ Completely drain the tank using a 12V air pump, forcing out all the stored water.
2️⃣ Refill the tank with 6 psi of air, ensuring proper water storage and consistent pressure.
3️⃣ After adjusting the pressure, water flow returns to normal, and the system works efficiently again!
