Troubleshooting an Air Cooler PCB Board Issue
In this video, we’ll be examining an issue with an air cooler’s pcb board. The problem is that the unit powers on but then shuts off automatically without any apparent reason. We’ll start by powering it on to confirm the issue.
After a thorough inspection, we determined that the main circuit board is stable, but the issue lies with the display board, possibly due to faulty capacitors or a malfunctioning microcontroller. We replace a few capacitors as a precaution but find that the microcontroller is damaged. Unfortunately, the only solution is to replace the display board to restore normal operation.
